2. Scope of Services

We provide product information, facilitate enquiries, prepare commercial offers, and coordinate fulfilment for confirmed orders. Supply is dependent on seasonal availability, batch quality, regulatory compliance, and payment of agreed invoices.

Any product specifications, grades, volumes, and pricing shared on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation in a formal quotation or sales contract.

4. Enquiries, Quotes, and Orders

Once an enquiry is received, our commercial team will contact you to clarify requirements, confirm product availability, and issue a formal quotation or proforma invoice.

A binding order is created only when both parties sign the written agreement or when an invoice is accepted and payment is received. We reserve the right to decline an order if export regulations, quality requirements, or logistics constraints cannot be met.

• Minimum order quantities, lead times, logistics method, and documentation will be confirmed in writing.
• Heat level (SHU), grading, packaging, and shelf-life data are batch-specific and will be detailed on the packing list.
• Any variations requested after order confirmation may affect pricing or delivery timelines.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and exclude duties, import taxes, or charges levied at the destination unless explicitly stated.

Payment terms (including deposits, letters of credit, or bank transfer requirements) will be set out in the quotation or sales contract. Late payments may incur financing or storage costs.

6. Quality Assurance and Logistics

All produce is prepared according to Sinha Spirit Agro's documented quality-control and food-safety procedures. Certificates (GAP, phytosanitary, packing lists) are supplied upon request.

Risk in the goods transfers according to the agreed Incoterms® rule. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and compliance with the laws of the destination market.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, imagery, and copy on www.agro.sinhaspirit.com are owned by or licensed to Sinha Spirit Agro. No rights are granted except for viewing the website and downloading materials necessary to evaluate our products.

8. Data Protection

Personal data submitted through the enquiry form is processed in accordance with our GDPR-aligned Privacy Notice.

We act as the data controller for information you provide and rely on legitimate interest to respond to commercial enquiries, unless a different legal basis is specified.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
